CONTRACT
Reserve your home
When you’ve found the right home, a holding deposit takes it off the market while you complete your due diligence. We’ll issue a Sale and Purchase Agreement and walk you through every page — clearly, plainly, and without the legalese.

CONTRACT
Due diligence & going unconditional
Your solicitor reviews the S&P Agreement, title, body corporate documents (if applicable), and full specifications. Once satisfied, you go unconditional and pay your 10% deposit — held securely in trust until settlement.
